Our new project at 3583 13th Street NW is the conversion of a single-family home into three rental units.  The project is located in the hip Columbia Heights neighborhood of NW DC.  When complete, each unit will be more than 2,000 SF of modern living.  Check out the design and construction progress photos below.  Completion is expected in the early summer of 2025.
