    • One-year Leases: Most of our tenants like the arrangements so much that they stay longer, but we do require one-year leases initially.  We run the typical credit and background checks and require one-month's rent as security deposit.

    On the same block as our completed 2610-2614 4th Street NE project, two adjacent lots with one house on them previously were transformed into four co-living units. Construction included all new construction with a modern farmhouse facade and top-of-the-line windows, custom Amish cabinetry, and extra large bedrooms with distinctive tiled bathrooms.
