Completed in 2025, 13 Rows is a thoughtfully designed three-unit property.  Each unit offers over 2,200 square feet of contemporary living space, designed with elegance and functionality in mind. There are six bedrooms and six private bathrooms in all units, and each unit comes with a furnished, open plan living and dining area.  Adjacent to these spaces is a well-equipped kitchen, complete with two refrigerators, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave.  Each unit also has two two sets of washers and dryers and two water heaters.

• One-year Leases: Most of our tenants like the arrangements so much that they stay longer, but we do require one-year leases initially.  We run the typical credit and background checks and require one-month's rent as security deposit.
